Lead Software Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus five years of progressively more responsible experience in software development, including developing, modifying and enhancing software using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Web Services, SQL Server 2005 or higher; Web Development using ASP.NET MVC, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, Bootstrap/CSS3.0/HTML5; Preparing detailed design specifications, Unit and Integration test cases and test plans; designing and implementing services using SOA architecture; Project Management and Planning using SCRUM Methodology. This experience to include one full year of Mongo DB and Microsoft Azure.
Duties for the position:
Utilize analytical skills to solve complicated business problems; Assist company in Architecting and Designing Software and leading development for various products developed by company for its new and existing customers; Interface with customers and understanding project requirements; Write Customer Request specifications; Develop and oversee Project Plans and Milestones for development of Software; Interact with Web Designers, Project Managers and Developers to identify development milestones using Agile Development model; Perform Lead Development for Web and Mobile Applications using the HyperTrends best practices; Solve complicated business process problems for customers; Perform QA on web and mobile applications and make daily QA releases; Lead a team of Junior Developers. Maintain existing Software and interfacing with existing customers to delegate programming tasks to Developers; Write complex SQL queries, create database tables, write stored procedures, optimize queries, and write SQL triggers; Perform Code Reviews, write reusable software code, cleanup software code, document software code, write unit tests; Research on new technologies, keep all packages used in the software up to date.
